Although dogs were meant to be naked, how could we resist the cute sweaters that are designed just for them? Whether you go into a shop with your dog or browse online, you can find an outfit anywhere. If you ask anyone, they may say New York City has the best-dressed dogs, but I think you can see them all over the world. Every year outfits get better and better, especially in the wintertime.
